Precision Concrete Cutters Inc was founded in 1992 by Terry Leabo and Dale Kringlie. At that time, Terry and Dale were independent contractors who saw the need for a company that focused on egress window installation. The company's goal was to provide a one-call solution for egress windows, eliminating the need for multiple contractors on a single job.

Our philosophy was to use the best equipment available and work efficiently and cost-effectively to furnish a superior product. Since our company's inception, we have continually refined the process of installing egress windows. This effort has led to our ability to complete most installations in a single day, and sometimes in as little as half a day.

We later made the decision to transition from a singular specialty service to a full-service basement repair company. This was driven by the needs of homeowners throughout our region. While working with foundations on a daily basis, we began to see that there were many situational problems common to concrete floors and walls. Our experience with these issues allowed us to devise appropriate solutions for our customers and, in turn, have yielded consistent, successful results. That's why basement repair is now a significant portion of our business.
